Booking Terms & Conditions

Overview
By purchasing a ticket or reserving a spot for this trip through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms. Booking requires a non-refundable deposit of $350 per cabin, collected at the time of checkout through the Afro Haus website. After checkout, guests are required to complete the Jotform included in their confirmation email to finalize and secure their cabin reservation. Failure to complete the Jotform may result in your reservation not being submitted to Carnival Cruise Line.
Host & Operator
This trip is organized by Afro Haus, doing business as Play2WinSocial LLC (collectively referred to as "Afro Haus"). Afro Haus operates as a brand and extension of Play2WinSocial LLC and serves as the host for this group travel experience. The cruise itself, including all transportation, accommodations, and onboard services, are operated solely by Carnival Cruise Line. By booking, guests agree to comply with all Carnival Cruise Line rules, policies, and passenger agreements. Afro Haus acts only as an event host and group coordinator and does not own, operate, or control the cruise vessel or its services.
Limitation of Liability
Afro Haus, its owners, staff, partners, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, illness, accidents, death, property loss, property damage, delays, cancellations, or other incidents that may occur before, during, or after the trip. This includes incidents occurring on the ship, during excursions, at ports of call, or during travel to and from the cruise. Any claims related to the cruise, ship operations, or onboard services must be directed to Carnival Cruise Line or the appropriate service provider. Afro Haus does not warrant, support, or assume any liability or other obligation with respect to the services provided by Carnival Cruise Line. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Afro Haus's aggregate liability for any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including attorney's fees, arising out of or relating to the services provided by Carnival Cruise Line shall be limited to the amounts actually recovered by Afro Haus from Carnival Cruise Line.
No Refunds
The $350 deposit collected through the Afro Haus website is non-refundable under all circumstances. By completing a booking, you acknowledge that your deposit is final and will not be refunded for any reason, including personal conflicts, illness, travel delays, missed boarding, or changes in personal plans. Any remaining balance paid directly through Carnival Cruise Line is subject to Carnival's own refund and cancellation policies. Travel insurance may be added through Carnival; however, any insurance coverage is offered and managed directly through Carnival Cruise Line and is subject to their terms and policies. Afro Haus is not responsible for the administration or processing of travel insurance claims.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
The $350 deposit collected through the Afro Haus website is non-refundable and guests agree not to dispute or initiate chargebacks with their bank or credit card provider for this payment. Any chargeback or dispute filed against Afro Haus for a confirmed booking may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation, and the guest may be held responsible for any associated fees, recovery costs, or legal expenses. Any payment disputes related to the remaining balance paid directly through Carnival Cruise Line must be directed to Carnival Cruise Line. Afro Haus has no control over and assumes no responsibility for transactions processed through Carnival's platform.
Guest Conduct & Damages
Guests are responsible for their own conduct during the trip and must follow the policies and rules of Carnival Cruise Line. Any damage caused to cabins, ship property, or other guest property will be the sole financial responsibility of the guest responsible. Afro Haus is not responsible for covering or mediating any damage charges issued by the cruise line.
Travel Documentation
Guests are responsible for ensuring they have the proper identification and travel documentation required for boarding. Failure to present proper documentation may result in denied boarding without refund. Guests must also arrive at the cruise port on time for check in and boarding. Afro Haus is not responsible for missed departures due to late arrival, transportation delays, or personal travel arrangements.
Photography & Media
By participating in this trip and related events, guests grant Afro Haus permission to photograph and record video during the experience. These photos and recordings may be used for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation or additional approval.
Guest Conduct and Removal
Afro Haus reserves the right to remove or restrict participation of any guest whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, illegal, or in violation of Carnival Cruise Line policies or applicable laws. Any guest removed from activities or the trip for such conduct will not be entitled to any refund.
Alcohol and Personal Responsibility
Guests acknowledge that alcohol may be consumed during the trip and agree to drink responsibly. Each guest is solely responsible for their own actions and decisions related to alcohol consumption. Afro Haus is not liable for any injuries, damages, incidents, or legal consequences resulting from a guest's intoxication or misuse of alcohol.
Assumption of Risk
Guests acknowledge that travel, cruise activities, excursions, and group events involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, property damage, and unforeseen circumstances. By booking, guests voluntarily assume all such risks and agree that Afro Haus and Play2WinSocial LLC are not responsible for any resulting harm or loss.
Indemnification
Guests agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Play2WinSocial LLC, Afro Haus, their owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to the guest's participation in the trip, breach of these terms, or violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
Medical Emergencies
In the event of a medical emergency, guests authorize Afro Haus and any applicable medical personnel to seek and provide emergency treatment on their behalf. Guests acknowledge that they are solely responsible for all costs associated with any medical treatment, evacuation, or emergency services incurred during the trip. Afro Haus strongly recommends that guests obtain adequate travel and medical insurance prior to departure.
Limitation of Personal Liability
Any claims arising out of or related to this trip must be brought solely against Play2WinSocial LLC as an entity. Guests waive any right to pursue claims against the individual owners, members, officers, or employees of Play2WinSocial LLC in their personal capacity.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.

By completing a booking through our website, you confirm that you accept and agree to all terms listed above.
